Mane met Ronaldo at Mallorca before this season started and revealed what CR7 told him. Mane said, ‘I met Cristiano Ronaldo in Mallorca before this season after my move was completed. He congratulated me and told me: ‘A great club. This is a great step for you.’

Mane spoke about the quality of Bundesliga as well. The winger said, ‘That says everything about the Bundesliga and underlines what I’ve already said: I think you underestimate the Bundesliga here. The recent performances in the Champions League prove that.’
Sadio has had a good start to life in Munich, scoring 11 goals in 24 appearances. Mane returned from injury in Bayern’s 3-0 win over Union Berlin over the weekend. Mane missed last the World Cup and missed Bayern’s last nine games due to a leg injury.
