As for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), their bowling and fielding just weren’t up to the mark, and this loss has basically eliminated them from the tournament.

Kartik Tyagi was the standout, taking 3 of the 4 wickets, and he even hit Rajat Patidar on the head. Sunil Narine was dependable as usual. But everyone else kept missing their lines and lengths. Moreover, poor fielding let them down. Virat Kohli, who scored his 9th IPL hundred, was dropped on 21. Devdutt Padikkal was also dropped on 22, and there were countless other misfields. In the end, Kohli took them home.
