During the India vs Australia 1st ODI on Friday, the fans remembered the Master Blaster as Team India returned to Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. Sachin Tendulkar born and brought up in Mumbai played his domestic cricket for the city at Wankhede stadium. On the decade long international career he left a huge impression with his batting on cricket fans all around the world. The youngsters who take up sport, cannot do it without remembering Tendulkar and his batting.
When the former India skipper walk out to bat, the heart of billion people stopped to watch him play. When he departed, a pin drop silence can be heard in a stadium of thousands. Tendulkar was the first massive global star from India in sport.

IND AUS Wankhede ODI: Australia in deep trouble at Wankhede
Stand in skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to field first against Australia in the opening ODI at Wankhede. The decision turned out to be a successful one with Indian bowlers continuing to chip in with wickets and reducing Australia to 188/9at the time of writing. Siraj provided an early breakthrough with Travis Head dismissed for just 5 runs. Steve Smith looked to have got his eye in the match but Pandya dismissed him for 22 runs to give India the advantage.
Mitchell Marsh looked dangerous as he counter attacked Indian bowlers. The allrounder smashed 81 in just 65 balls before being caught by Siraj at short third man of Ravindra Jadeja. Australia batsmen got starts but failed to stay on the wicket. Indian pacers Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj picked up 5 wickets themselves. Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav picked up 3 wickets between them.
