Conor Mcgregor was accused of attacking woman
Conor McGregor was not the perpetrator or even involved in the incident, according to early reports from Spain’s Gardia Civil. But a recent article from the Spanish news outlet Ultima Hora tells a different tale. According to the Ultima Hora, the UFC fighter allegedly brought the unidentified woman to his yacht after spending time with her at the Ocean Beach Club. His wife and other pals were also on his lavish yacht, which is thought to be worth close to $4 million.
The woman, who has known McGregor since they shared a Dublin neighborhood, claims that while they were on the yacht, he invited her to a remote area where he reportedly turned violent to the point where the woman jumped into the water. The Red Cross eventually came to her aid.
Why was the Conor McGregor case reopened after so long?
She reportedly informed Gardia Civil agents it wasn’t McGregor and that she just wanted to go home after initially identifying him as her attacker to her rescuers. The Gardia halted their inquiry as a result.
Due to what she said were language issues, the woman decided not to report the alleged assault while she was still in Spain. However, after her return, she did speak with Dublin police about the likely occurrence. Dublin officials then approached an Ibiza court. The woman claimed that the battle turned violent, and she snapped when she reached out to a friend for assistance, setting off an enraged reaction, according to court documents obtained by local media in Dublin.
