Since losing to Magomed Kurbanov in May 2021, Liam Smith has scored four wins so far and all of them via TKOs. He seems close to earning a world title shot. Losing the bout against Eubank Jr. could have garnered sheer criticism over Smith. Instead, 34-year-old ‘Beefy’ still has a lot to prove. As for Chris Eubank Jr., he needs to prove his worth amongst the elites yet again.
