After the Canelo vs Charlo fight, Paul took to the social media platform, X, to share a poster of him and Canelo. And Paul captioned it, “Logan fought Floyd and I will fight Canelo and show the world why I’m the greatest sports story ever. See you soon Saul.”
However, fans did not take this well. All the replies ridiculed it and called him out for his ambitious desires. One wrote, “You lost to Tommy Fury…. Enough said.” Another fan also brought up Paul’s defeat to Fury and questioned how Paul can even think of beating Canelo.

The replies included many other trolls who referenced the skill difference between the two and the impossibility of it ever happening. However, there were a few fans who said they would be interested if it happened.
Regardless of the fans’ opinions, stranger things have happened in boxing in recent years and we could see Canelo vs Jake Paul. However, one thing is for sure. If the two were to meet anytime soon, Jake Paul would stand no chance against the Mexican champion.
