Zhilei Zhang vs Scott Alexander took place last year on May 7th, 2022. Although Alexander was a last-minute replacement for Filip Hrgovic, many fans didn’t expect Alexander to get finished so quickly. As soon as the fight started, Zhilei Zhang went to his offensive side while Scott Alexander defended himself.
Surprisingly, Zhang broke through Alexander’s defenses and knocked him out cold in the first round. Zhang immediately took his shot when he saw a breakthrough and landed a left one-shot punch to land a KO winning the match in 1:51 secs of the first round.
2. Zhilei Zhang vs Devin Vargas
Back in 2020, Zhilei Zhang faced Devin Vargas at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The match lasted for 4 rounds completely under the control of Zhang. The Chinese boxer dominated the 4 rounds to prove his record of 22-0 with a KO win over Devin Vargas. This was one of the brutal knockouts of his career.
Devin Vargas speed up his punches when Zhang took advantage of a slight opening to knock out the American boxer. In the fourth round, Zhilei Zhang landed a left hand to knock out Devin on the floor with his southpaw stance. This came as a huge victory for the ‘Big Bang’ winning the match in the fourth round.
3. Zhilei Zhang vs Curtis Tate
Zhilei Zhang made his pro boxing debut in 2014 against Curtis Tate. The Olympic Silver Medalist made a presiding start since the start of the match. Curtis Tate took precautions by shielding himself, however, Zhang made his way through his defenses knocking down his opponent.

In 2021, Zhilei Zhang fought Craig Lewis at the Hulu Theater, Madison Square Garden in New York. The fight lasted for 2 rounds with utter domination from the Chinese boxing machine. The heavyweight bout ended up in TKO after Craig Lewis took 2 powerful KOs from Zhang.
Eventually, the match ended at the 2:10 mark of the 2 round with the ringside doctor’s stoppage after two consecutive knockdowns from Zhang. Although Lewis withstand the first KO, he couldn’t hold the second one which landed directly from Zhang’s left hand leaving him in the corner.
5. Zhilei Zhang vs Jerry Forrest
This match was one of the biggest matches for Zhang which gave him his first draw in his professional boxing career. Many fans saw Zhang landing huge blows to Forrest which ended up in a draw from the judge’s corner. Zhilie Zhang landed 3 knockouts in each round dropping Forrest on his knees. However, Jerry stood back which allowed the match to end in a draw after Zhang got tired.
