Match 2:

Orangutan’s consistent performances in recent matches have almost solidified their position at the top while other teams from the bottom third were fighting for the top-16 berth (Weekly Finals). The second last game of the Week 2 Qualifiers was played between Group A and Group C on the Sanhok map.

Sanhok Map and Heal Battle are made for each other. However, teams from the bottom third were still looking for points rather than playing defensively. Just like that, Rivalry Esports found some inspiration by rotating and positioning themselves in better positions. Team 8-bit went with their usual approach of going for the finishes.

In the last circle, Rivalry had a 3v2v1 situation with 8Bit and 7Sea. After Madman’s elimination, Beast of 8bit opted for heal battle while Rivalry spotted Savitar to end the hopes of 7Sea. After securing the second position, Beast had the last try but Rivalry Esports finished with ease to secure WWCD. Madman of 8Bit was the MVP of the match.
