Team Soul couldn’t maintain their top spot in the remainder of the matches as we move on to the final day of the competition. BGMS Grand Finals Live Day 4: Match Summary
Match 1:
Day 4 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series took place today. The first match of day 4 took place on Erangel map. The fourth day had a fitting start where Enigma Gaming and OR Esports started with a dominant performance. In the very first match of day 4, Enigma Gaming secured 15 finishes on the Erangel match and finished second place in the match. With OR Esports winning the match from the get-go, it was a matter of time before they secure their first dinner. OR Esports secured a total of 11 finishes in the match. In this match, Eggy secured the MVP title.
Match 2
With back-to-back bad performances, Global Esports and Godlike Esports lost their spots to Chemin Esports who jumped to the second spot after the second match. The second map of day 4 took place on the Sanhok map where the greenery and rocks are great covers for holding your position. On the final move, the circle featured Chemin Esports, Enigma Gaming, Team XO, Godlike Esports, and Team Enigma Forever. While other teams are moving slowly to the next circle, Enigma Gaming was already holding a great compound in the zone area. With the zone advantage and a great compound holding, Enigma Gaming secured the win in the Sanhok map where the team secured a total of 8 finishes. Daljitsk, player of Team Enigma Forever becomes the MVP of the match.
Match 3
The third map of day 4 took place on the Miramar map which is a desert map known for the long-range fights. In this match, we have witnessed the old aggression of Godlike Esports where the team has taken over the whole map like a sandstorm. Godlike Esports destroyed every team which comes on their way. Team Godlike secured a total of 2 finishes in the Miramar map along with the chicken dinner. With this win, the team took over the top spot on the leaderboard of the BGMS Grand finals. Fan favorite player, Jonathan claimed the MVP title of the match.
Match 4:
With Team SouL going down early, it was an opportunity for Team GodLike to take a good lead with Team SouL. Godlike Esports again go for the finishes rather than playing for position points. The team finished at the 10th position in the match and collected 7 finish points. On the other hand, Team Orangutan maintained strong positions throughout the game. Orangutan finished the last match of day 4 with a total of 21 points. Nigma Galaxy who were going through bad performances in the grand finals came up with the chicken dinner in the Erangel map. The team has secured a total of 15 finishes in the match. Wixxky claimed the MVP title of the match.
Overall Standings
Following an emphatic chicken dinner in the third match of the day, GodLike Esports secured the top spot with 178 points while Orangutan reduced the margin in the last match as they are just behind Team Godlike with 166 points. Team Soul stepped down to the third position in the overall standings. With 4 matches remaining, there will be twisting and turning from time to time.
