Q. BGIS was the first tournament of Battlegrounds Mobile India, where Godlike Esports finished at 4th position. How was the experience from the event?

Neyoo: It was a great learning experience for all of us. We competed against the best teams in India, and it was a great display of the tremendous talent our country is producing. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the result, but still, we learned a lot which will help us improve our game for the future tournament.

Q. What do you believe the addition of Viru and Gill will bring to the team? Is it possible to expect a different Playstyle or Approach in Godlike Gameplay?

Neyoo: Viru and Gill are exceptional players who have consistently performed at the highest level. They would play a crucial role in taking our game to the next level. We will strategize on how we can integrate them into the team in the best manner and that each player can play to their strengths.

Q. Do you believe that the playstyle of domestic teams in BGMI tournaments differs from that of foreign teams in terms of strategy?

Neyoo: Every team has a unique strategy, so naturally, you can see the difference in tactics and technique. We have a lot to learn from each other, and analyzing different gameplays helps us take our gameplay to the next level.

Q. What changes in playstyle and strategy do you notice in Global Teams after nearly a year of dealing with them?

Neyoo: We noticed that Global Teams also emphasized positional play and rotation along with aggressive gameplay. Position holding and rotation are crucial aspects of the game. Integrating these three aspects play a vital role in securing the highest points and winning the matches.
