Set to fill the shoes of departing Neymar, Dembele initially shined for Barcelona before things took a turn after the player was plagued by injuries.

Dembele previously rose to the limelight under the tutelage of Thomas Tuchel and the 2018 World Cup winner hopes to imitate the same by opting for a transfer to the London blues. The player’s contract ends on 30th June following which he will become a free agent.
