In an Instagram story, Tai Tzu Ying shared her unease about recent security incidents near her accommodation, including robberies and unauthorized entry into a fellow guest’s room.
Olympic medallist wrote: “It seems a bit dangerous near where I live this time. Someone’s room door was opened in the middle of the night. People in the room and someone just opened the door and walked in. Someone’s suitcase was stolen.”
The former World Number 1 shuttler was forced to keep his door locked by using different objects in the room so no one could force the entry into her room.
