As per a Daily Mail report, storms are forecasted to hit Brisbane next week, seriously hindering the possibility of the Ashes 1st Test going as per plan, which starts on December 8. The unseasonal La Nina weather pattern has severely affected preparations for both teams, but it could continue to disrupt the series, with torrential rain set to it Australia’s coast during the other four matches of the series. England have managed just 29 overs on the first morning of their first warm-up game before La Nina struck in Queensland, while the second day was completely washed out.
