Romanian Authorities recently extended Tate’s arrest period yet again last week. Initially, Tate and his brother Tristan had February 27th as their last day in jail. However, this is now extended to another 30 days. And now, Tate’s lawyer Glandian has spoken about the situation.

Glandian recently joined Patrick Bet-David on his Valuetainment podcast. Speaking to PBD, Glandian first said, “Who I did call when I was in Bucharest was the US embassy, to see if I could get assistance with this. But they pretty much just differed me to my Romanian council and said I have to work with them and follow the procedure that they recommend.”
Therefore, this comment showed that Tate and his team are trying different ways to get out of jail. Glandian then added, “I certainly would think, in a case that didn’t involve maybe Andrew Tate, that the US Embassy would have been more helpful when it involved a US citizen.”
Thus, it is clear that Tate and his team are unhappy with the lack of involvement from the US authorities. We have seen in the past how the government helped Brittney Griner after what they deemed unfair imprisonment. Therefore, the fact that Tate and his brother are still subject to what they claim is unfair imprisonment will raise a few eyebrows.
When will Romanian authorities release Andrew Tate?
Tate has always claimed to be innocent. Moreover, we know from the lawyer that there is no evidence and that in the past the police investigated and did not find anything. So when can Tate and his brother walk away from the Romanian jail?
The earlier possible date for Andrew Tate to walk free is March 26th. However, the authorities can file for yet another extension. Therefore, things are not looking good for the Tate brothers.
