The Tate brothers have been detained in a Romanian prison for over two months despite the lack of evidence to support the charges against them. The fate of the two multimillionaires currently being held in preventive custody will be decided today.
Now that the court will consider their petitions, a ruling is imminent. With chances that, Andrew Tate could be free from prison today.

After more than two months of preventative custody, the Bucharest Court finally decided to rule on their plea to be placed under judicial oversight. On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, a hearing will be held for Andrew Tate’s application, while on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, Tristan Tate’s application will be heard.

“The Bucharest Court has established the trial terms within which the requests to replace the measure of preventive detention with that of judicial control on bail will be discussed, formulated by the defence, as follows: Andrew Tate- 14.03, 8.30 am, Tristan Tate- 15.03- I will return with a confirmation of the time.” The lawyers of the two sent in a statement.
Finally, it looks like Andrew Tate could be freed from prison soon. Though we aren’t sure about how the hearing might go Andrew and Tristan Tate may soon be freed within a time frame of 24 hours to a week.
