KKR youngster Angkrish Raghuvanshi announced himself in the Indian Premier League by scoring a quick-fire fifty in his debut match in IPL. Playing his first match for KKR, Angkrish Raghuvanshi scored a 27-ball 54 against Delhi to guide his side to a comfortable win at the ACA-VDCA Stadium in Vizag.
Speaking more about Raghuvanshi, he was roped in by Kolkata for his base price of INR 20 lakh in the IPL 2024 mini-auction. On Wednesday, he also became the seventh-youngest batter to score a fifty in the competition. Thanks to his efforts with the bat, KKR also went on to post the second-highest score in IPL history on Wednesday.

Raghuvanshi is originally from Delhi but shifted to Mumbai at a young age. The talented batter started his cricket under the coaching of Abhishek Nayar and Omkar Salvi. He made his debut in the List A and T20 events during the 2023-24 season for Mumbai. Raghuvanshi proved his mettle, showing an impressive performance in the CK Nayudu Trophy. He racked up an impressive 765 runs in just nine matches.
