Dinesh Karthik remained unbeaten for his 28 runs off just 10 deliveries which included 3 fours and two maximums. Thanks to his knock, RCB got their first points on table in the ongoing IPL 2024.
In 2024 IPL, Dinesh Karthik has played two back to back crucial knocks for the RCB and will look to continue his good run ahead in the competition.
Speaking after the match, Dinesh Karthik said, “I wasn’t completely in control, but later I felt good. We needed a partnership. Thankfully, Mahipal (Lomror) and myself stitched a crucial stand. Lomror took the pressure off me. Harshal (Patel) is a clever customer. I needed to wait for the right balls to play my shots. Lomror looked calm, told him to stay the way he began his innings.”
