Indian 4x200m freestyle relay team achieves new best time at Asian Swimming Championship
The previous national record was created at the Asian Games 2023.

The Indian national record for the men’s 4 × 200-meter freestyle relay has been broken. Srihari Nataraj, Aneesh Gowda, Sajan Prakash, and Aryan Nehra have clocked 7:26.64 at the Asian Age Group Swimming Championships to break the old national record of 7:29.04, which was created at the Asian Games 2023.

The Indian contingent at the Asian Age Group Swimming Championships has found incredible success. So far, they have won gold in the 4x100m medley, 100m backstroke (Srihari Nataraj), 200m freestyle (Srihari Nataraj), and 50m backstroke (Srihari Nataraj).
