Meanwhile, Krunal Pandya will be looking for a contract in the upcoming IPL 2022 mega auction set to take place on February 12-13.
He had last played for Baroda in the Vijay Hazare Trophy where he has performed decently well to bag an IPL contract.
But he is unlikely to receive any heavy amount like Rs 8.5 crore from Mumbai Indians. He managed just 143 runs & 5 wickets in 13 matches during the last edition of IPL.
He has played 84 matches with 1100+ runs and 51 wickets at an impressive economy rate of 7.36 rpo.
