Nitish Rana’s Domestic Debut: The left-handed batsman and a part-time off-spinner made his debut for Delhi in 2013 against Assam in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Since then, he has emerged as an all-rounder for his state with impressive stroke-playing abilities. While he was initially considered as a white-ball specialist, Rana soon made his first-class debut in 2015 against Vidarbha. Since then, he has been Delhi’s reliable all-rounder and has captained the side as well.

Nitish Rana’s First-Class Record: Delhi’s 2015 Ranji Trophy campaign was marred by controversies off the field. But Rana didn’t pay attention to all the noises that were coming his ways. He top-scored for Delhi with 557 runs in 12 innings. So far, Rana has played 2,266 runs with an average of 41.20. It includes six centuries and nine half-centuries.
Nitish Rana’s List A Record: Rana made his List A debut for Delhi against Assam in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2013. Since then, he has become a pillar in Delhi’s middle-order, playing 58 matches, scoring 1940 runs at an average of 41.27. He has scored three centuries and 11 fifties in List A cricket.
Nitish Rana’s T20 Record: His exploits in T20 cricket is what earned him the tag of the white-ball specialist. In the 2015-16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, he scored 299 runs including 21 sixes to top-score for Delhi. In 115 T20 matches, he has scored 2,645 runs with a strike rate of 137.54.
