S8UL returns to Free Fire by signing the former Raiders United roster, strengthening its chances ahead of the Esports World Cup 2026.

One of India’s top esports teams has made its comeback in the world of Free Fire. According to the team’s announcement, S8UL will be competing once again in Free Fire through the signing of the old Raiders United team members who have proven themselves among the most talented players in the game at this point in time.

S8UL Signs Proven Championship Contenders

As per the official statement, S8UL has signed all of the players who played under the Raiders United jersey. This new set-up of the team will now fight for S8UL in various Free Fire games, and these include the following:

  • TROLL
  • JACK
  • PRINXZ
  • NOOR
  • BUNNY

In short, S8UL has not chosen to build its team from scratch but has rather decided to buy a whole team. This team was very successful in previous competitions in India.

A Return to Free Fire Esports

S8UL has been one of India’s most recognizable esports brands, with successful ventures across multiple mobile and PC esports titles. The organization’s return to Free Fire signals renewed interest in the game’s rapidly growing competitive ecosystem.

The announcement also hinted at the possibility of representing S8UL at the upcoming Esports World Cup, subject to final participation confirmations and tournament regulations regarding roster ownership and slot transfers.

The timing of the acquisition could not have been better because the Esports World Cup 2026 is just around the corner. It has been reported that India has managed to secure three spots in the Free Fire tournament, which means that any qualification in this game would hold significant weight.

The roster of Raiders United was already a contender before its acquisition by S8UL. In case the transfer receives approval, then the new team S8UL can represent India in the upcoming global event.

The Free Fire competition in the upcoming Esports World Cup 2026 is expected to take place from the 14th till the 17th of July in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A total of 24 teams representing different countries will compete for the grand prize of $1 million.
