Scheduled to take place from November 2 to November 8, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the tournament boasts a massive $1.5 million prize pool. While 88 rosters have been announced, only 32 will make it to the main stage.

The Qualification Gauntlet

The battle for a spot in Riyadh will be fierce. The 32 final slots are distributed as follows:

  • 16 Direct Invites: Awarded to nations based on the total points accumulated by their top five players in Tier 1 tournaments leading up to the June 7 cut-off date.
  • 14 Regional Qualifiers: Teams that do not secure a direct invite will have to fight their way through regional online qualifiers.
  • 2 Wildcards: The final two spots will be awarded via the ENC Wildcards system.

Among the 88 nations announced is Team India, bringing a blend of familiar faces and sharp mechanical talent to the international stage. Guiding the squad is none other than Moin Ejaz, stepping into the crucial role of Coach.

As seen in the official announcement image, the core player lineup representing India consists of:

  • Krish
  • Negi
  • HBK
  • MNZ
  • Xand3r_^

Bolstering the squad’s strategic depth and support staff alongside Coach Moin Ejaz are Pinkman and Archmage-, as highlighted in the supporting roster image.

With the June 7 point cut-off fast approaching, the global Dota 2 community is eagerly watching the leaderboards to see which 16 titans will secure their direct tickets to Riyadh. If Team India doesn’t secure a direct invite, they will need to prepare for the grueling regional qualifiers to earn their place among the top 32.
