Ubisoft has officially unveiled the highly anticipated content roadmap for The Division Resurgence. The free-to-play RPG looter shooter, set in the chaotic urban open world of New York City, is gearing up to deliver massive fresh content drops every six weeks across iOS, Android, and, for the very first time, PC platforms.
The Division Resurgence PC Early Access
A huge announcement for all fans of the game, The Division Resurgence is coming to PC. You have the chance to join early access immediately on Ubisoft Connect to help with technical testing.
The much-awaited PC port comes with cross-progression across all platforms, making it easy for you to change from playing the game on your phone while you travel to playing it at home using your computer. On top of that, any progress made during early access will transfer over to the actual PC release in August.
Upcoming Season 1 Phases and Rewards
The current season follows a four-month cycle, with fresh content added every six weeks. The second phase of Season 1 will begin on May 12. The new phase introduces temporary Dark Zone missions, the grueling Speed Run trials, and the Classified Ops Pass 1.2. Players will be able to obtain the free Strawberry Milkshake exotic firearm, the Pyromaniac exotic apparel, and the Hot Rod gun skin.
In June, the third phase will start, featuring the Classified Ops Pass 1.3. The new classified ops pass includes the free Scorpio exotic firearm, the Freemen exotic apparel, and the Boombox gun skin.
Winter Story Expansion
Moving forward on the roadmap, Ubisoft has announced that there would be an onslaught of narrative content at the end of the year. Season 3, which is due this winter, would bring a full-fledged story update to the game. With updates and an all-new release on PC platform, the city of New York would soon become quite crowded.
