Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2026 aka BGIS 2026, concluded with iQOO Soul emerging as the champion and taking away the lion’s share of the massive prize pool of the tournament. The team took away ₹10,000,000 (1 Crore) as the first-place prize after three days of intense gaming at the Chennai Trade Centre.

BGIS 2026 had one of the biggest prize pools in the mobile gaming ecosystem in India, and the rewards were handed out to the top 24 teams based on their performances throughout the tournament.

Champions Take Home the Biggest Share

With their win, iQOO Soul not only clinched the BGIS 2026 trophy but also took away the biggest individual prize of the tournament. Their consistent performances in all 18 matches of the tournament have been a major contributor to their large lead in the overall leaderboard.

The runner-up team, Genesis Esports, also took away a hefty cash prize of ₹50 lakh after a neck-and-neck battle to the top spot of the leaderboard, followed by iQOO Orangutan in third place and a cash prize of ₹35 lakh.

The prize pool for BGIS 2026 once again reflected the magnitude of the Battlegrounds Mobile India esports scene. For comparison, BGIS 2025 was for around a 3 Crore Prize. With top teams going head-to-head in a LAN setup and a huge prize pool at stake, the tournament offered prestige and career-defining opportunities for players.
