West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia will be the four teams that will be visiting India over the course of 2026/27.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule for fixtures at home for the year 2026/27. West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia will be the four teams that will be visiting the sub-continent over the course of the next year. Zimbabwe will be visiting India for an ODI series for the first time since 2002, their first in 24 years.
India cricket team schedule for 2026/27 out
As per the BCCI’s release, 22 matches are all set to take place across 17 venues in India from September to February. The Men in Blue will resume their international campaign by taking on Afghanistan in a one-off Test and 3 ODIs at home. They will then travel to Ireland for T20Is following which they will tour England for a 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs.
India will then commence their home leg once again by taking on West Indies in a three-match ODI and 5-match T20I series which begins from September 27 onwards. This will be followed by a three-match ODI and T20I series against Sri Lanka in December. Zimbabwe are all set to tour India for an ODI series for the first time in 24 years and will play three 50-over format games, starting from January 3, 2027. It will then be followed by 5 Tests against Australia which will begin from January 21, 2027 onwards.
