With USA’s upcoming domestic T20 franchise league – Major League Cricket (MLC) set to be played in June-July 2026, the franchises on March 24 confirmed the domestic signings for the 2026 season. This has come only a few days after the schedule of MLC 2026 was announced on March 20.
Monank Patel (MI New York), Harmeet Singh (Seattle Orcas), Andries Gous (Washington Freedom), Shubham Ranjane (Texas Super Kings), Shadley van Schalkwyk (LA Knight Riders), and Hassan Khan (San Francisco Unicorns) headlined the list of domestic retentions, with all of them securing contracts in the top $75,000 bracket.
