Rajasthan Royals surpassed Punjab Kings’ record for the highest successful run-chase at New PCA Stadium in Mullanpur. RR chased down 223-run target in 19.2 overs against PBKS on April 28, 2026. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (43 off 16) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (51 off 27) set the stage, while Donovan Ferreira (52 off 26) and Shubham Dubey (31 off 12) completed the chase.

The earlier record belonged to PBKS when they chased down a target of 220 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad, finishing with 223/4 in 18.5 overs. Shreyas Iyer was the star in the chase with 69 off 33 balls after Priyansh Arya (57 off 20) and Prabhsimran Singh (51 off 25) set the stage for the big chase.
