Government officials and religious leaders are calling for a complete ban on this highly anticipated title, citing concerns over “destructive content.” The debate focuses on whether the game’s inclusion of mature themes violates the country’s traditional values.

GTA 6 Faces Ban In Russia: Concerns Over Moral Standard
The call for a ban was led by Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Chairman of the World Russian People’s Council. Ivanov expressed strong disapproval of the game’s content, specifically pointing to rumors of male striptease scenes.
