RCB to play matches in Bengaluru
The Karnataka cabinet has granted permission to resume hosting matches at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. In the aftermath of the Bengaluru stampede, the government had deemed the venue ‘unfit’ for mass gathering. On December 10, Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar had met new KSCA president Venkatesh Prasad and assured him that the matter would be discussed in the cabinet.

Suryavanshi smacks another hundred
Days after scoring a hundred in SMAT, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has scored another century in India’s Under-19 Asia Cup opener against the UAE. The southpaw smashed 171 runs from just 95 balls. Suryavanshi hit 14 sixes and struck at 180. His knock propelled India to 433, helping them win by 234 runs.
