India cricket team spinner Kuldeep Yadav made an honest admission after his four-wicket haul in the IND vs SA 3rd ODI in Visakhapatnam. The leg spinner, who was earlier dubbed as a ‘DRS legend’ by former Indian skipper Virat Kohli, revealed that he was very bad with reviews, resulting him in pleading with the captain and other seniors to go upstairs, and in turn get trolled by them. Kuldeep’s honest admission on DRS troubles

Speaking to the broadcaster during the innings break of the IND vs SA 3rd ODI, Kuldeep admitted that he was very bad with the DRS, which resulted in Rohit Sharma pulling his leg often. There were multiple instances in the game when the bowler was quite literally pleading with Sharma and the captain to take a review but was turned down and was asked to go back to his line-up. One particular incident occurred in the last delivery of the 43rd over.

In the DRS, I am someone who is very bad and he keeps pulling my leg. If the ball hits the pad, I feel like every ball is wicket. When you have a former captain … KL has been really good behind the wicket and especially in DRS calls, as a bowler you feel like every not out is out, So, you have to have those people around you to guide you to just calm down,” Kuldeep Yadav said.

Kuldeep Yadav’s first two victims in Vizag were Marco Jansen and the dangerous Dewald Brevis as he got two wickets in the span of three deliveries in the 39th over. He then made Lungi Ngidi and Corbin Bosch his victims to complete his 11th four-wicket haul in the 50-over format.
