Saransh Jain and Kumar Kartikeya were excellent on the day and picked up 9 wickets together. Now, Central are already 50 for 0, and could claim the match on the basis of first innings lead.

Injury to Salman Ali Agha

In a major worry for Pakistan team, skipper Salman Ali Agha seems to have picked up an injury, before their clash against Oman on 12th. The all-rounder was seen wearing a bandage on his neck. But the PCB has maintained that the cricketer if fit.

No takers for IND vs PAK?

There are serious questions being asked over the legitimacy of the IND vs PAK clash and surprisingly, the encounter is still not sold out. As a damage control move, the ACC has slashed down the prices of the match significantly to woo the fans, as per a report in GeoTV.

Washington Sundar to play County cricket

India all-rounder Washington Sundar has signed for a short-term deal with Hampshire, and will play two matches against Somerset and Surrey. Washi wasn’t picked for the Asia Cup squad and the IND A vs AUS A series, and hence playing in England looked like a decent option.

Bangladesh too good for Hong Kong

After scoring a decent 143 against Bangladesh, Hong Kong succumbed to an easy seven-wicket loss against Bangladesh. That means there has been no upset so far in the Asia Cup 2025; Pakistan will take on Oman in the next Group A clash.
