IPL 2025 is reaching its business end, and plenty of 200-plus scores are being registered. In fact, SRH went all guns blazing against RR and almost touched 300 runs, thanks to a strong start from their openers, who ensured the first six overs went in their favour. Many teams are following a similar approach.
However, things haven’t always gone smoothly for some teams, as they failed to capitalise on the powerplay and tumbled early, struggling to put up a big total. While it’s still just the start of IPL 2025 and many exciting moments are yet to come, powerplay scores this season have generally been higher compared to last season.
