Vidarbha registered the win based on their first innings lead. Team’s star batter Karun Nair scored a century in the second innings, helping Vidarbha reach 375/9. They had already gained an important 37-run lead in the first innings. Karun teamed up with Danish Malewar, who had scored a century in the first innings, to make a 182-run partnership. Earlier, Kerala had taken two quick wickets, reducing Vidarbha to seven for two.
