The biggest T20 league in the world is slated to start on March 21 till May 25, but a detailed schedule is yet to be announced. While there is no clarity as to when the detailed IPL 2025 schedule will be out, there certainly is anticipation — that it would be revealed on Friday, or in the same week. Journalist Vijay Tagore posted a tweet on the same, further raising the speculation.”
IPL 2025 Schedule to be Out Soon
Having said that, there is no official statement regarding the IPL 2025 schedule. But what we do know is, first the IPL 2025 was supposed to begin on March 14, but was later deferred by a week. Meanwhile, as is the norm for the inaugural matches of every IPL season, it would be played between the finalists of the previous season — that happen to be KKR and SRH this time around.

Last year, the IPL was played across 13 venues – Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Vizag, Mumbai, Delhi, Dharamsala, and Guwahati. The Narendra Modi Stadium hosted the Qualifier 1, and the Eliminator, while Chennai’s Chepauk hosted qualifier 2 and the final.
