India’s World Cup winner player Yuvraj Singh is about to start a T10 cricket league in Canada. The League will be named Canada Super 60. At 43, Yuvraj is working with Star 333 Sports Inc to launch the league’s first edition in July. He expressed his excitement, saying, “I am thrilled to bring my leadership and vision to the Canada Super 60 League. This tournament can shape cricket’s future in this region by mixing local talent with international stars. I’m happy to be part of this journey and eager to see its impact on North American cricket.”
Emphasis on inclusivity with Women’s League
The league will also include a women’s competition in the same format. Showing its commitment to inclusivity, the Canada Super 60 League becomes the first in North America to feature both men’s and women’s tournaments from its start. This initiative aims to promote gender equality and provides a platform for women cricketers alongside their male counterparts.
