Josh Hazlewood, returning to RCB for INR 12.50 crore, is set to lead their pace attack. Known for his accuracy and ability to bowl effectively in all phases of the game, Hazlewood’s experience and pedigree are unmatched. His previous stint with RCB was brief but impactful, and with a full season ahead, he’s expected to be the linchpin of RCB’s bowling strategy.

Philip Salt

Phil Salt, previously with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), was acquired by RCB for a hefty INR 11.50 crore. This English wicketkeeper-batsman has made quite the impression in T20 cricket with his aggressive opening batting style. Salt’s ability to take on the new ball, especially in powerplays, could provide RCB with the explosive starts they’ve often lacked.

Jacob Bethell

Jacob Bethell represents the future of cricket. This young English all-rounder, though relatively new to the scene, has shown great promise. His performances in domestic cricket, particularly for Warwickshire, have marked him as a player to watch. Bethell’s inclusion in RCB’s squad is a testament to their strategy of investing in young talent who can grow with the team.
