Although confirmation is still pending, there is a high chance that Mallika Sagar, who has already hosted auctions at the Women’s Premier League, Pro Kabaddi League, and even the IPL mini-auction, will host the IPL 2025 mega auction. Sagar made history when she became the first female auctioneer to conduct an IPL auction. She initially hosted two seasons of the WPL and then had a groundbreaking moment at the IPL 2024 mini-auction, where IPL saw its first-ever female auctioneer. After a successful stint in the mini-auction, it will be interesting to see how Mallika Sagar handles the IPL 2025 mega auction.
