In the Macau Open 2024, India faced mixed results on Friday. India’s single player Kidambi Srikanth faced a challenging match, ultimately bowing out to Hong Kong’s Ng Ka Long Angus in straight games (16-21, 12-21 ) in Macau. Meanwhile, in women’s doubles, Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand shone, advancing to the semifinals with straight games win (21-12 , 21-17) against the Chinese Taipei pair of Yin-Hui and Jhih Yun.
