Free Fire at EWC 2026 groups have been officially revealed. Check out the complete group draw, tournament format, schedule, venue details.

The journey to the Free Fire at the Esports World Cup aka EWC 2026, has begun as the group stage draw has been announced for the upcoming battle royale contest for this year. There are 24 teams, which have reached this level of qualification from all over the world, and they are ready to participate in this big event.

Free Fire at EWC 2026: Schedule and Venue

The Free Fire tournament EWC 2026 shall be held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, since the Free Fire tournament has been moved from Riyadh. This tournament shall be scheduled on July 15, 2026, to July 18, 2026, where matches will start at 12:30 PM UTC+2.

This tournament shall offer a prize pool worth one million dollars, and teams from all over the world will compete for international recognition and money.

The 24 qualified teams have been evenly divided into two groups of 12 teams each.

Tournament Format

It will adopt a staged competition format intended to assess consistency, versatility, and performance under pressure.

Group Stage (July 15-16)

Teams will battle each other during 12 matches in their groups. The best four teams in each group will qualify automatically to the Grand Finals stage.

Survival Stage (July 17)

Teams that place fifth through tenth in each group will proceed to the Survival Stage, where they have another chance to qualify to the finals stage of the championship.

Grand Finals (July 18)

The remaining teams will battle for the championship title, the lion’s share of the prize pool, and the honor of becoming the first Free Fire EWC 2026 champion in Paris.
