SFL Shilpa Shetty FIR – Bollywood Actor Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra is again in trouble. This time an FIR has been registered against both on complaint by a person named Nitin Barai. The FIR was registered on Saturday at Bandra police station for alleged cheating by the duo during Super Fight League (SFL). It is alleged by the complainant that he was assured that the SFL Fitness company will provide him a franchise and open a gym and spa in Pune, but it did not materialise. 

The complainant alleged that in July 2014, Kaashif Khan, the director of SFL Fitness company, along with Shetty, Kundra and others asked him to invest Rs 1.51 crore into the enterprise to earn a profit, as reported by PTI. Later, when the complainant sought his money back, he was allegedly threatened, the police official said quoting the complaint.

Based on the complaint, the Bandra police registered the FIR under various Indian Penal Code Sections, including 420 (cheating), 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 34 (common intention), he said, adding that an investigation into the case was underway.

SFL Shilpa Shetty FIR: The FIR was registered on November 13 at Bandra police station based on a complaint by businessman Nitin Barai. Based on the complaint, the Bandra police registered the FIR under various Indian Penal Code Sections, including 420 (cheating), 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention), he said, adding that an investigation into the case was underway.
It is worth noting that Raj Kundra was involved with SFL(Super Fight League) that was launched in 2012 & specialises in mixed martial art promotions and events. The league & events got defunct as most of the promoters involved in the company left the initial investors in lurch to shut the operations.
