The main event between Mauricio Lara and Leigh Wood stole the show as the British native took his revenge. Leigh Wood defeated Mauricio Lara after a 12-round unanimous decision to become the new WBA featherweight world title. Since the start, Wood dominated the match siding Lara into a corner. Also, he struck Lara with knockouts by completely overpowering him. Eventually, Lara struggled to regain his position in the match and the bout ended up in a victory for Leigh Wood to become a 2-time champ.
The co-main event featured Jack Catterall vs Darragh Foley. The two men competed for the WBA Intercontinental super lightweight title in a 10-round bout. This was another big match for the fans as Jack Catterall made his return after a big loss last year. Although many fans doubted his performance due to a 1-year hiatus, he won the match via unanimous decision.
The undercard featured another title bout between Terri Harper and Ivana Habazin for the WBA super welterweight title.
