Tokyo Olympics Live Broadcast – Sony Sports ropes in 11 Sponsors: The Olympic broadcasting rights doesn’t come cheap. Tokyo Olympics Live Broadcast: Sony Sports strikes rich, ropes in Thumbs Up, Amul, Hero Motocorp including 11 broadcast sponsors

The official broadcast partner of Tokyo Olympics in India has got Coca- Cola (Thumbs Up), MPL, JSW, Amul, Hero Motocorp have come on board as Co-Presenting Partners.

RBI, Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), Visa, Lenevo, Byju’s, and Herbalife Nutrition are the associate sponsors for the mega live broadcast coverage. Not only this but the broadcaster is also in negotiation with few more advertisers and should close the deals before the Olympics starts on 23rd July.

“Many advertisers are now looking at sports as a medium to catch the country’s youth because the engagement level with the youth for sports is much higher. Also, this the one segment which is hard to catch on television otherwise,”  Rohit Gupta, Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) Chief Revenue Officer – Ad Sales and International Business told E4M.

“We have got a fantastic response from advertisers for Olympics since India is doing well in different sports. We have already signed up sponsors like Coca-Cola, Amul, MPL, etc, and are in discussion with more.”

Tokyo Olympics Live Broadcast – Sony Sports ropes in 11 Sponsors: It is worth noting that Sony Sports Network off late had non-stop LIVE sports programming on the channel. Just concluded EURO 2020 & Copa America, forthcoming India tour of Sri Lanka all has added to increase in the reach of the network lately.

E4M has reported that not only Tokyo Olympics but for the India-Sri Lanka series also Sony has signed up over 15 advertisers.

Tokyo Olympics Live Broadcast – Olympics LIVE on Sony: The official broadcaster of Tokyo Olympics in India Sony Sports Network has announced various programming initiatives to make Olympics telecast more grander & big. The Olympics is scheduled to begin on 23rd July and Sony Sports will live stream and broadcast the games on 5 network channels. Live action of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 starts 23rd July to 8th August 2021 on SONY SIX, SONY TEN 1, SONY TEN 2, SONY TEN 3 AND SONY TEN 4 channels. Besides this SonyLIV will LIVE Stream the Olympic Games.
