The highly anticipated PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2026 Season 1 is just around the corner. The PMGO 2026 Season 1 will be an international gaming tournament which will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia by Krafton Inc. and Level Infinite.
The event will take place at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan from June 2nd until June 7th, 2026.
PMGO 2026 Season 1: Tournament Format and Schedule
The PMGO 2026 Season 1 will going to feature around 32 team lineup that will be structured into three highly competitive phases:
- Group Stage (June 2 – 3): There will be an equal distribution of the 32 teams in Groups A and B. The top six teams in each group will qualify automatically for the Grand Finals after completing six games in each group. Those ranked seventh through 14th will proceed to the Survival Stage, whereas the last two teams in each group will be eliminated.
- Survival Stage (June 4): These six matches will witness the battle among 16 middle pack teams. Four teams will manage to make it out alive and head straight to the final round.
- Grand Finals (June 6 – 7): This is where the best 16 teams face each other in twelve matches. On Day 2, the tournament adopts the exciting “Smash Rule”. This rule involves making teams qualify first by reaching a certain point before becoming “Match Point Eligible”. They then have to win their final match to win the title.
