Sonnen continued by saying that before McGregor’s opponent can be chosen, his purpose must be made clear upon his comeback. He said he thought the biggest draw in UFC history could only have three fights left before he had to stop competing in mixed martial arts, so he needs to be very clear.
Regardless of who Conor fights next, it will be absolutely sold out, so it doesn’t really matter who he chooses. However, it will be interesting to see who he fights next.
