Djokovic reaches 32nd Grand Slam final –
After beating Cameron Norrie, Djokovic progressed to his 32nd Grand Slam final surpassing Federer’s tally of 31.
This is Djokovic’s eighth Wimbledon final, second-most after the Australian Open and US Open, where he has been finalists on nine occasions.
Astonishingly Federer has been in the Wimbledon final on 12 occasions, winning eight and losing four finals.
Both Djokovic and Federer have reached the finals of each Grand Slam on at least five occasions.

“I didn’t start off well, he was the better player in the first set,” Djokovic said.
“I have played many semifinals in Grand Slams, but it’s never easy walking out on court, there’s a lot of pressure and expectations, even those from yourself.
I was not swinging through the ball at the start of the match, Cameron was dominating the match. In the second set, he missed a couple and gifted me the set,” were the thoughts of Djokovic after the match.
