Observers noticed that reptile probably was handicapped. Viewers may note that the golfers in the background, while affording the alligator a wide berth.

Players and onlookers after a while just casually continued to play as the beast strolled through the course
Just a few days ago a Lakeland resident uploaded a video with another big gator that was shared by Everglades Holiday Park.
In it, the large reptile, nicknamed “Grandpappy,” can be seen holding the smaller alligator in its mouth as it drags it across the green.
Alligator breeding season typically begins in April and mating season tends to start in May and June.
Experts say that as mating season approaches, male alligators can become aggressive. They can kill smaller rivals in a cannibalistic matter.
