They verbally agreed to fight, but Francis Ngannou was still under his UFC contract back then and was holding the heavyweight title. Now that ‘The Predator’ has vacated his belt, Fury has announced his desired rule set for the potential super-fight against Francis Ngannou.

In a chat with Seconds Out, the undefeated boxing champion said, “Francis Ngannou, I know you are out of contract with the UFC. You want to run some big boy money? Come see the Gypsy King and let’s do a big big fight for the baddest MF on the planet and let’s kick it up spicy. In a cage, 4 oz gloves, on the Queensberry and let’s have a bada** referre like ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson.”

Francis Ngannou is undoubtedly one of the scariest knockout punchers on the planet. However, Tyson Fury has faced several of them and has beaten everyone on his way. In a boxing affair, he remains one of the best to ever do it. It’s hard to imagine Francis Ngannou vanquishing ‘The Gypsy King’ in a boxing match unless done in reality.

Apart from Tyson Fury, Dereck Chisora is also willing to face the former UFC champion. Per reports, KSI’s Misfit boxing is already in talks to host the fight between Ngannou and ‘WAR’ Chisora. However, Tyson Fury is a much bigger name than Dereck Chisora, whom Ngannou has also named as his desired opponent.

While a fight against Tyson Fury is clearly on the radar for Ngannou, he may first fight Dereck Chisora as a tune-up. The ex-UFC star hasn’t made any official announcement whatsoever.
