Looking Ahead to SPL Season 2
Season 2 will arrive in late 2026. Fans can expect open qualifiers for every major region. This expansion ensures even more teams can fight for regional glory.
Vladislav Samokha, EECA Esports Ecosystem Lead from MOONTON Games, said: “’SPL Season 1 successfully showcased what we’re trying to achieve in EMEA. Instead of separate regions operating in isolation, the tournament was a step toward developing a connected competitive ecosystem where teams can regularly test themselves against a wider range of opponents. A big part of that success comes from how SURGE has brought everything together—from building a unified regional framework to ensuring broadcasts and competition standards are aligned throughout. Overall, the tournament was a strong step forward for the region, and SPL is helping to bring our vision of a unified EMEA MLBB Esports ecosystem to life.”
Final Standings (Season 1)
- Verso Time (EECA) – Champions
- Aurora Gaming (TR) – Runners-up
