Women wrestlers have accused the BJP lawmaker of harassing them sexually. Media sources claim that the alleged sexual harassment episodes happened between 2016 and 2019 at the WFI office, at Singh’s official apartment, as well as abroad. The child is said to have dropped her charges against Singh in the POCSO case.

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court will once again hear the regular bail plea on Thursday, July 20. After a long delay, Delhi Police filed a chargesheet against Brijbhushan and Tomar under sections 354, 354D, 345A & 506 (1) of Indian Penal Code.

However, there were no cases against the two under non-bailable POCSO as the complainant withdrew the case before Delhi Police filed the chargesheet.
