The 30-year-old needs three wickets to become India’s all-time leading wicket taker in T20 cricket, eclipsing Rajasthan Royals teammate Ravichandran Ashwin.
Ashwin is top the charts with 276 scalps, though Chahal is close behind 274 wickets in 242 games. With five games coming up against South Africa, the Rajasthan Royals star will fancy breaching the milestone in style.
